Cancellation Policy for Series Women's Circle and Events:

By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Non-Refundable Deposit: $110 of your payment is considered a non-refundable deposit. 

• Refunds Before 14-Day Cut-Off: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the program start date will receive a refund of any amount paid, minus the $110 deposit.

• No Refunds After the 14-Day Cut-Off: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the program start date are not eligible for a refund.

• Non-Refundable After Program Commences: Once the program begins, no refunds or credits will be given, including for missed sessions.

• Non-Transferable Payments: Payments cannot be transferred to future programs, other services, or different dates.

• Cancellation by Lauralee: If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified ASAP and an additional date will be added into the series. If for any reason you cannot attend that additional date you will be refunded for the cancelled date only.

Participant Cancellations:

• If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, you may request a refund less deposit.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the event.

• Cancellation by Lauralee: If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future event.

Payment and Cancellation Policy 1:1 Sessions:

All payments are due to confirm booking

All cancellations are non refundable
If you are unable to attend at least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled time and no shows are non refundable and non transferable
In the event that Lauralee has to cancel you will be notified ASAP and your appointment will be rescheduled

Please note: All Women's Circles, Held Sacred Circle, Events, Retreats and classes are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. If you have a history of trauma, mental health issues or medical conditions, please consult your physician or mental health care practitioner to determine if somatic movement modalities are appropriate for you.
