A deep dive & exploration into

Women Who Run with the Wolves.png

Welcome Beautiful Woman,

"I dreamt last night I was running my hands over her curves. Feeling what made her who she is. Bone Women Gathering - she is her own creation & I am her vessel, pouring her out into the world through my heart & hands..." - Lauralee

This is a project was present within my body and my mind for more than 7 years, patiently waiting until I sang over her bones and fleshed her out. I lovingly brought her to life, releasing Bone Women Gathering Season 1 into the world in 2023, and now, Season 2 is here..

The Call of the Wild Woman...

Do you feel the stirrings deep within—the longing to return to yourself, to the ancient wisdom etched in your bones?

This is your invitation to step into the rich, untamed terrain of myth, fairy tales of "Women Who Run with the Wolves" by Clarissa Pinkola Estes.

Bone Women Gathering is a sacred space where we don’t just read the stories—we dive into them, explore, dissect and apply them so we may live through them. Through ritual, The Non-Linear Movement Method ® ( NLMM ), creative projects and deep reflection, we work with these stories as medicine, unlocking the parts of ourselves that have been forgotten, silenced and waiting to be reclaimed.

If you are ready to deepen your relationship with the Wild Woman Archetype, come experience her alongside a Circle of Women, in Bone Women Gathering.

FAQ

What is the Point of Bone Women Gathering...

“So what is the point of this reclamation and focus, this calling back of what has been lost, this running with the wolves? It is to go for the jugular, to get right down to the seed and to the bones of everything and anything in your life, because that’s where your pleasure is, that’s where your joy is, that’s where a woman’s Eden lies, that place where there is time and freedom to be, wander, wonder, write, sing, create, and not be afraid.”...

“In the tale, La Loba sings over the bones she has gathered. To sing means to use the soul voice. It means to say on the breath the truth of one’s power and one’s need, to breathe soul over the thing that is ailing or in need of restoration. This is done by descending into the deepest mood of great love and feeling, till one's desire for relationship with the wildish Self overflows, then to speak one’s soul from that frame of mind. That is singing over the bones. We cannot make the mistake of attempting to elicit this great feeling of love from a lover, for this women’s labor of finding and singing the creation hymn is a solitary work, a work carried out in the desert of the psyche.”

Clarissa Pinkola Estes

So although this Woman's Work is a solitary work, let us side side by side on our journey of exploration into our Wild Selves.

Let us share our hearts and wisdom, our longings and desires, our creative expression. Let us witness and be witnessed in this solitary Wild Woman’s work.

FAQ

I'm not familiar with the book OR  I've read it cover to cover

You have the opportunity to deepen your experience within our Gatherings, regardless of your knowledge of the book. Whether you’re revisiting this book or experiencing it for the first time, you’ll find each gathering offers a space for deep connection, sacred sharing, and personal insight.

What is the embodiment practice?

The embodiment practices I share throughout this series are rooted in The Non-Linear Movement Method ® ( NLMM ). This is a gentle, intuitive, no force somatic practice that is designed to get you out of your head and into your body. No choreography, no pressure — just space to feel, move, release, and reconnect with yourself. This is for the part of you that is tired of holding it all together and just wants to move, feel, connect in.

What if I miss a date can I get a refund for that Circle

There will be no refunds for missed days.

What if I can't commit to reading the entire chapter

The minimum required reading is the chosen myth or fairy tale that we will work with each Circle. So one Myth or Fairy tale between each Gathering. The more you read, the deeper your understanding but I know that this is not a light read - so you choose. Our Circles will still be amazing whether you read the entire chapter word for word or not.

Can I join if I didn't do the first chapters in 2023?

Absolutely! There’s no need to have completed the first 7 chapters to join us in Season 2. Each Circle is a self-contained exploration, and new participants are warmly welcomed. The wisdom of Women Who Run With the Wolves is timeless and cyclical — wherever you step into the journey is the perfect place to begin.

Will you be running this online?

Yes, I would love to take this online. You can register your interest to go on the waitlist below and be one of the first to be notified on our next dates.

Is this a book club?

This is so much more than a book club. There is open discussion about each chapter during our Circle which is so rich but it's a small part. There are embodiment practices, Ritual, crafts, journaling that align with the theme of each chapter and provide the opportunity to deepen your experience the myths and fairy tales.

How it will run

  • Prior to each gathering you will be given a chapter to read from "Women Who Run with the Wolves" ie: Our first Gathering you will have read our first chapter, ready for us to dive in. The minimum I would suggest reading is the chosen myth or fairy tale that we will work with each Circle. So one myth or fairy tale between each Gathering. The more you read, the deeper your understanding but I know that this is not a light read - so you choose. Our Circles will still be amazing whether you read the entire chapter word for word or not.

  • Each gathering you have the opportunity to share about any part of the current chapter but I will select one story to focus in on with one or more of the following - an aligned embodiment practice, meditation, art, craft, drum journeys, Ritual etc

  • A note on the art & craft aspect - I've often found this can be a block for many. There's often a real disconnect between our body, our hands and our creativity. You do not have to be an artist, you do not have to be crafty - this part is for you to simply connect in with your creativity on another level. "...A woman's creative ability is her most valuable asset, for it gives outwardly and feeds her inwardly at every level: psychic, spiritual, mental, emotive, and economic...As we create, this wild and mysterious being is creating us in return, filling us with love." Clarissa Pinkola Estes

What you'll Need

  • The book "Women Who Run with the Wolves"by Clarissa Pinkola Estes

  • I provide anything we need for our art projects however there may be times when you choose to bring extra/something personal.
