Beautiful Woman,
If you desire:
Space to rest in the nourishing, feminine energy of Women’s Circle—where you’re invited to slow down, reconnect, and soften into presence
Time just for you to tune into the natural rhythms and the wisdom held within your own body
A gentle return to yourself—anchored in connection, sisterhood and embodiment practices
This intimate Women's Circles may be
just what you are seeking...
Autumn Equinox a time of releasing and realignment.
Marking the moment when day and night stand in equal balance. In women’s circle, this threshold invites us to pause and honour the turning of the seasons within and around us. As the light begins to soften and we move toward the darker, inward months. Autumn Equinox is a time to reflect on what we have created in our lives, what is working, what isn't and to consciously release what we are ready to let fall away. It is a powerful moment for balance, gratitude, and gentle transition.
Together we will gather, honour the gifts and messages of this season through embodied ritual, somatic practice and soulful connection.
This is a space to soften the edges.
To root down and remember the wisdom that lives within.
**Please note - once we reach capacity the booking link will automatically close
Autumn is your invitation to reflect and review, releasing what no longer works so that you can realign with your deepest desires and reconnect with the quiet rhythm of your body.

FAQ
What Women are saying
Thank you for circle tonight. It was really beautiful and easy to share without knowing anyone else in circle. You make the energy feel so beautiful.

Last night has completely filled me up. Seeing old cherished friends and connecting with new women just lights me up.

I'm still feeling full. Thank you for creating a beautiful circle Lauralee. I loved the practices and the space you hold.

I went to my first in person Women's Circle last night and it was everything and more.
My heartfelt gratitude Lauralee.
There's so much to be said for sitting in the energy of wonderful women, stepping out of your comfort zone and experiencing new practices.

So many women find themselves living life in their head, with an overactive mind, disconnected from their body and their sensuality.
Prolonged periods of stress and overwhelm can impact the smooth flow of energy, causing contraction and creating obstacles to living a sensual life where you can easily access joy, ease and flow, love and connection.
NLMM offers you time and space for you to connect into your body, observe and be with what is present and allow life to begin to move through you again.

The Non-Linear Movement Method®
-
The Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM) will be the Somatic Practice that I guide you through on the evening.
-
This is a gentle, non-performative practice that I guide you through with your video cameras OFF - this is just for you.
-
NLMM is a powerful yet simple somatic method developed by Michaela Boehm. NLMM is specifically designed as a “no force/no imposition “ somatic modality and can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical health, ability, fitness level or age. The movements are designed to be self regulating and can be done in any position, including laying down.
My Intention for each Circle
-
Create time and space so that you may step away from the regular everyday and into Ritual
-
A point of return in the midst of the busyness of life, for you to simply show up, reconnect with your centre, your body, your heart and womb space, your sensuality and creativity
-
Offer practices that encourage connection to yourself, your intuition, your senses
-
Deeper connection with other like-hearted women, to co-create a beautiful, deeply nourishing space

My experience as a Women's Facilitator
-
I completed 2 years of training to become a Women's Circle, Workshop Facilitator & Energy Healer, Embodied Inner Alchemy in 2016
-
I have been holding Women's Circles both online and in person since 2017
-
I have been creating my own personal Rituals for 22 years now and holding Rituals (personal and group) since 2017
-
I completed training with Michaela Boehm in 2021 to become a Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM) Teacher/Practitioner. With several modalities under NLMM, this will be the main embodiment practice that I will call upon throughout our Circles.
I would love to have you join if you feel called to come sit in Women's Circle with us and
drop into your body, your heart and your womb space

Is this a Trauma Informed Circle
I have had no formal training that would allow me to comfortably claim that my Circles are Trauma Informed. Women's Circles are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. You are required to make your own informed decisions and take full responsibility for your own physical, mental and emotional well-being. If you have a history of trauma, mental health issues or medical conditions, please consult your physician or mental health care practitioner to determine if somatic movement modalities and/or Women's Circles are appropriate for you. If you are seeking Trauma Informed Circles specifically, feel free to reach out and I may be able to point you in the direction of some that may suit your needs.
