Don't deny yourself the feeling of sorrow simply because it is not a pleasant feeling. All feelings are present to be felt. But be clear, is this sorrow your own or are you tapping into the collective energetic feeling of sorrow. Whether yours or not, breathe into your body, breathe the feeling, allow it to move through and release out through your breath. What message is this feeling bringing for you?

When we don't listen it tends to create a way for us to take notice, for eg: the flu may occur in someone who is always on the go and never slows down. Nourish your body with nutritious food, take a walk in nature, allow deep rest. Take note of what your body is calling for.
