​Women's Circles

After becoming a mum I felt that I wasn't quite sure who I was anymore, I felt that I had lost myself in all the responsibility of caring and raising another human. I was full of self doubt, depression and anxiet and disconnected from my body. I found it incredibly lonely and often confronting, my daughters are my greatest mirrors after all. They are also my greatest teachers and the catalyst for me to reconnect with my true self, my intutition and my creativity. So I decided to set the intention to find a space in which I would find deep connection and support, not only with myself but also with other women. Less than 3 months later, I found that in a Women's Circle and sat in Circle with some of the most courageous women I’ve ever met, including myself, for the next 5 years. I had such profoud shifts during this time that I then spent the next 2 years training to become a Women's Circle and Workshop Facilitator. I have been running Women's Circles in person since 2016 and online since 2020 when like almost of us, I had to pivot in order to stay connected.​

The Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM)

In 2019 I discovered NLMM a powerful somatic modality developed by Michaela Boehm. This method is specifically designed as a “no force/no imposition“ somatic modality and can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical health, ability, fitness level or age. I found NLMM so effective within my own life that I decided to apply for the Embodiment Teacher and Practioner training which I completed in 2021 so that I could share this embodiment practice with the women in my community. I have been sharing NLMM within Women's Circle ever since and plan on offering NLMM classes both online and in person soon. Sign up if you'd like to stay updated on those.

Rituals

I have been attending, creating and holding Rituals for myself for about 20 years. Rituals around the Seasons, the Moon, Blood cylce, Women's life events, fire ceremonies (Haven), Rituals for releasing relationships, calling in and celebrating new relationships. Rituals for pregnacy, for my miscarriages and for some dear friends losses as well, for birthing, for placenta burials, for birthdays, even a Ritual for my daughter moving from kinder into primary school (at her request). When a dear friend asked me to create and hold a Ritual for her many years ago, I did and have created and held countless Rituals for many women since. I love the details, the connection and correspondence of the energy of items chosen for altars and the reverence of a moment in time.

Intuitive Art  

Creativity is my outlet and I am blessed to have reawakened it in a way such a way that has opened up many connections with more beautiful women. I always knew that one day I would create jewellery with crystals, what I didn't know was how powerful each piece would be. I absolutely love creating Wild Within Creations Priestess and Goddess pendants. Each one comes about intuitively, knowing and trusting that her true owner will connect with her.
